Cancer never sleeps

Cancer is no longer just a disease. It's an epidemic.

It's damn near impossible to find someone who hasn't been directly affected by cancer. I'm tired of feeling helpless. I want my niece and nephew and their kids and grandkids to have a cancer-free future. So I'm doing something. I started a team with my coworkers for the Marina, CA Relay for Life! It takes place in July and it's a 24 hour relay because "cancer never sleeps", so the fight against it can't sleep, either.

Get involved. Fight back. At the very least... take good care of yourself. Eat well, exercise, and keep up with your doctor's appointments. Early detection can make you a survivor.
