Reason #1- the weather.
Check out the chart below. OK, so I could've edited out the last two rainy days. But it's rainy and WARM. The type of rainy day that makes you want to go outside and jump in puddles! You're already wearing shorts and flip-flops, so why not!? It's MARCH and you can go to the BEACH! Now I know all the Californians are protesting, "In California you can go to the beach YEAR ROUND." Ha! Go to the beach, sure. But would you EVER go in the water!? Not without a wetsuit so what's the point???
In August, I'll admit. The weather in Savannah makes you feel like you're walking through someone's mouth. But you can go to the beach and actually go swimming! (Or hide in the A/C for a month) And you'll never need a heavy coat! Dresses and sandals! No tights!
